Cormonachan Wood
We love to hear how volunteers have been inspired after a conservation week with us – like Tom Currie, who was motivated to get involved in a reforestation project close to home.
Spreading the Trees for Life message where possible is a great help to our mission and we encourage anyone who spends time with us to share their experience with friends and family. Equally we love to see people continue to contribute to nature and the environment through their support of other, similar causes. This is why we are delighted to see that Tom has been working with Cormonachan Woodlands.
Cormonachan Woodlands Association on Loch Goil, Argyle and Bute is a remnant of ancient Atlantic oak and hazel which is a haven for red squirrels. They are currently looking for help with the redevelopment of a small visitor car park and a boost to their membership.
