Do you understand the Scottish Highlands and its unique natural and cultural heritage as well as the challenges it faces? If you have answered ‘yes’ to most of these questions, you could be the first Executive Director of Affric Highlands.

Affric Highlands is a landscape scale initiative to rewild over 195,000 hectares of the Scottish Highlands, resulting in significant nature restoration across the area in thirty years. Founded by Trees for Life and Rewilding Europe, Affric Highlands is now recruiting its first Executive Director to lead on the next phase of the initiative.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can lead teams, convince stakeholders and inspire communities to take action to restore the landscape.
